What types of loans do you offer?

BeFinance offers 4 types of financing: classic loan, zero-rate loan, professional loan and non-repayable financing.

What are the processing times?

Your file is analyzed within 48h. Funds are released within 5 business days.

Are there application fees?

Accepted Answer

Not on all products. Standard loans and professional financing carry no application fees. However, the zero-rate loan (PTZ) and non-repayable financing do include fees. These fees are always clearly detailed in the simulator before any submission.

How is my financing score calculated?

Our algorithm automatically analyzes your situation on submission: debt ratio, income, employment, remaining income, payment incidents, savings and document completeness.

Can I submit multiple files?

Yes. Each new file is assessed taking into account your existing commitments.

What documents are required for my application?

ID card (front/back), 3 latest proof of income, tax notice and bank details. All documents are uploaded directly in the simulator during your application.

Are my documents secure?

Yes. All your documents are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with GDPR.

What if a document is rejected?

You receive an explanatory message. You can resubmit the document from your client space or via the resume link sent by email.

What is the dedicated SEPA account?

It is your own SEPA bank account, in your name, that you open at the bank of your choice. It is separate from your regular current account and used exclusively for operations related to your BeFinance loan.

How do I open a dedicated SEPA account?

You open this account at any bank that accepts SEPA accounts. Our team can guide you if needed. Provide the IBAN of this account in your loan application form.

How does the monthly repayment work?

Each month, before the due date, you make a wire transfer from your dedicated SEPA account to BeFinance. Use your contract reference as the payment reference. No automatic direct debit — you initiate each transfer.

Does BeFinance have access to my SEPA account?

Accepted Answer

No. BeFinance has no access to your SEPA account. You are the sole holder and manager. BeFinance only receives the wire transfers you initiate from this account.

Where are my loan funds sent?

Approved funds are transferred directly to your dedicated SEPA account, in your name, within 5 business days after contract signing.

Can I view my completed payments?

Yes. From the 'My Loan' section of your client dashboard, you can view the full repayment schedule, completed installments, and upcoming due dates.

What if I cannot pay an installment?

Contact our team immediately via the chat in your client dashboard. An arrangement can be made to avoid payment incidents.

Are there transfer fees?

BeFinance does not charge any fees on repayment transfers. Your bank's own transfer fees may apply.

How does the electronic signature work?

A PDF contract is generated automatically and signed electronically, eIDAS compliant.

Can I download my signed contract?

Yes, from the Contracts section of your client space.

What does the financing contract contain?

The contract details amount, duration, rate, monthly payments and repayment terms.

Is the signature mandatory to release funds?

Yes. Release only occurs after electronic signature.
